Challenge

Nyle was approached by a company who produced croutons for the food industry. The company was rapidly expanding and needed an efficient and effective way to increase production.

Solution

Nyle custom designed systems to increase output in the two main stages of crouton production: staling and drying. Nyle supplied refrigerating systems to maintain the temperature and humidity of the staling room, so the bread stales more quickly and consistently. Nyle custom-developed drying systems in the drying rooms to ensure consistency and quality.

Result

Nyle’s solution resulted in product consistency, production efficiency and reduced waste. All of this contributed to the continued growth of the company and its profits.
