Nyle Corp. is the largest manufacturer of dehumidification drying systems in North America, and we have installations in industries around the world. We're dedicated to giving you the answers you need—whether it's your first call, or you've owned a Nyle system for 20 years.

The company was founded in Maine in 1977 by Samuel Nyer and Donald Lewis (the name "Nyle" consists of the first two letters of their last names). Nyle’s production plant is located in Brewer, Maine, just across the river from Bangor, central Maine’s economic and cultural center.

Nyle’s first lumber drying kiln was installed in 1978; subsequently, Lewis invented and patented Nyle XDH, a revolutionary process that surpassed the operating temperature and efficiency of all other kilns on the market at that time.

Since then, Nyle has grown steadily by committing itself to top quality equipment, attentive customer service, fair pricing, hard work, and a depth of expertise unmatched in the industry. Since our beginnings, we have expanded our operations to provide solutions to industries as disparate as food, leather, pallet sterilization, and helicopter blades.

Nyle intends that their employees understand the science behind the systems as well as equipment operation. The corporation sponsors kiln-drying seminars, led by highly respected and experienced experts from both inside and outside the company.
